hardnrg Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 whenever someone calls my home phone the internet cuts out, i've always known i have sirious problems but i've just put up with it all phone sockets (being used) must have an ADSL filter on them, to split the signal to phone and internet... even if only a phone is being used, or just the router... if all used phone sockets are filtered, the filters are broken or splitting the signal at the wrong frequency... you can get cheap ones off somewhere like ebuyer.com for about a quid each router should be connected (via a filter) to the master phone socket Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
