I am currently over clocked to 3.675 GHZ with

My ram is running at about 1440 MHZ

BCLK Frequency 175

Intel ® SpeedStep Tech - Enabled

Intel ® Turbo Mode Tech - Enabled

PCIE Fequency - 100

Load line calibration - enabled

CPU VTT (Uncore) Voltage - 1.137

CPU Voltage 1.13600v

DRAM Voltage - 1.5 with 9-9-9-24 timings

It ran about 16 hours in prime 95 with no errors with

idol - 32C

load - 60 C

IOH Voltage - Auto

CPU PLL Voltage - Auto

ICH Voltage - Auto

CPU PLL Voltage - Auto

My question is will leaving IOH voltage, pll votage, and ICH voltage on auto hurt anything? Is that the highest i can go with turbo enabled? I am trying to get max performance not necessarily max over clock. I will be running pro tools 8.0 LE.

Just depends some motherboards will over volt when on auto some dont, you are going to have to check it with some sort of software and hope its right or figure out where to check it on the motherboard with a volt meter, some boards like the classified have a place to check all these with a meter...
