BBY Black Friday: Canon T1i, 55-250mm, bag $849

I came across this nice deal Best Buy is having for Black Friday. They are having it as an in-store door buster when they open in a couple of hours, but I don't plan on being involved in any of that madness. Luckily they are offering the same deal online this weekend while supplies last. And another bonus is free shipping, and 18-months no-interest if you use your Best Buy card.

 

The T1i is a great DSLR for the "common man," with the ability to also capture 1080p video. It comes with the stock 18-55mm lens, as well as an extra 55-250mm IS lens. The 55-250mm that comes with it isn't a super high end lens, but for everyday pictures of sports, nature, or kids at a distance, this lens is perfectly sufficient. Normally the T1i costs $800, the 55-250mm lens costs $300, and the bag about $50. So buying this package saves you $300. If you're in the market to start building your DSLR collection, this is an excellent place to start.
