I mean this is - should be different. give ur retail ffs! we paid for it. a nice box with popcorn (a $600 CPU should not travel in an envelope!) I have very bad experiances with OEMs. Not with the manufacter but with the companys that ship them. Something like a CPU I would go retail all the way. That is just my 2 cents. My friend in Canada had an old ASUS motherboard and it did have a BIOS update to support newer 45nm CPU's. Other than that I don't have any personal experience with ASUS support. Boinker Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 Only Issue I had with the Rma department with asus was the wait. was on hold for about 30 minutes but after I got someone it was worth the wait....... the spoke fluent english and DID have a thick Accent.
