IVIYTH0S Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Which ones are you talking about? Can you please link to them? I narrowed it down to these two because I need two PCI-E 2.0 x16 slots, both at x16. Thanks. you have cards that breach pci-
deluded_reality Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 What? All the other mobos I went through had either only 1 PCI-E port at x16 or both ports at x8. Did I miss something?

I merely was alluding to the fact that no card on the market takes more bandwidth than an 8x 2.0 slot (or 16x 1.0)
deluded_reality Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 (edited) Okay. When you refered to the 790X board, did you mean this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813131402 Edited November 10, 2009 by deluded_reality

When you refered to the 790X board, did you mean this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813131402 Yeah that's a nice one, but any 790X would suffice as long as it has the features you want. It's hard to suggest mobos to people, IMHO they are as personal as cases and such but I can recommend chipsets
xchrissypoox Posted November 12, 2009 Posted November 12, 2009 I don't really know that it isn't a D0, but i would presume that newegg would advertise the fact that it is a D0 because of the better overcloking and slightly higher price. They don't, you're mistaken.
deluded_reality Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 (edited) Great. So my final build looks like this: Case Motherboard Processor Heatsink RAM Graphics Mouse Mousepad I have two final questions. 1. Does the motherboard support both the 125W and 140W processors? 2. Does Windows 7 have any region limitations? Will the version I'm buying activate here? Thanks a lot to all those who have replied. Edit: Damn, the Vapor-X 5870 has been deactivated Edited November 30, 2009 by deluded_reality
IVIYTH0S Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 big no-no on the memory, get these : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16820231303 and if the board can support the 140W processors, it can definitely support the 125W
