Picking Netbook/Nettop

Hey I might want to buy a netbook/nettop and i want it to be pretty fast(to handle some casual gaming) i was thinking a EeeBox PC EB1501 or better, are there any netbooks that are as fast as this?

i honestly would not suggest a netbook to anyone for gaming...i would suggest just getting a notebook

I would wait a short while before buying a netbook for gaming. Right now, some can be had with great GPUs such as the HP Pavilion Dv2 (HD3410) and the HP mini 331 (Ion), but the CPUs are still very weak.

 

I suggest you wait either for the Atom dual-core with Ion or the Athlon Neo X2 paired with the HD3200, which should be stronger than the Atom.

My suggestion is to try to get your hands on one before you buy. I bought as Asus Eee pc 1000H and the right shift key is in a horrible location. It's on the right side of the up arrow key so I always hit the up arrow when I try to hit the shift key.

 

What sort of casual games? And I like the Ubuntu Netbook Remix if you want linux on it.
