I also had the problem of Yao Guai, Deathclaw and Super Mutant showing up and raping me out of nowhere. Thats why I chose to build my character into PERCEPTION type (8 Perception on game start) so enemies from a distant would immediately show up on the radar for me to evade. I also wear Wasteland Wanderer Outfit to improve perception. SNEAK build and Silent Running Perk works very well for me - I can put live grenades on Raiders' pockets and then they will just say ". me!" then BOOM!

Ill post Some screenshots up as soon as i can, Im using the Ultra high resolution Textures from NMC + everything right down to empty nuka cola bottles and junk have had a texture revamp too, so the game just looks B.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l ! nice, to be honest I actually have never looked into any mods for FO3 (mainly because I want to be able to check out other games, and if I start modding I won't stop).

 

I do wish I had looked into texture packs before I finished the game though DOH!

I could never go back to playing FO3 Vanilla Heres a few more MODS which will make you DOH! (just so you know what your REALLY missing out on)

So many mods its amazing, I've been a member of nexus for a few months and I've tried a few things (some questionable) but haven't kept anything permanently installed yet.

I think i've been a member since fallout3 came in stores, so thats a year now? Heads up Andrew, when you do, you will be spoilt for choice and will probably spend more time sifting though the different texture mods and setting the game up the way you want it then actually playing the game!

And shame on you IVI there's So much content on the Fo3Nexus and you join soly just to check out the seducing women mod? lol, actually i've installed the Dimonized Type 3 Bodys for the females because i felt that the npc fems were poorly created, now they actually look like females instead of males with man-boobs and as for the seduction mod? Well it was so annoying that the game has prostitutes (and hints at possible relationships in other cases, i.e Amata,Bittercup ect..) and you cant.. well interact with them the way you should be able to (i dont use their services, but it just makes more sence for there to be an option to?)

It would be cool if Bethesda actually coded the game to react to that if you did! But somehow I just don't see that happening <_<

Though I wonder if they'd react anyway. None of them had a single dialogue about her sprain or the amputation, or her death =P

 

I'll throw this one in here. It isn't a screenshot so I'm very sorry if I bring about the end of the world =P It's a video I chucked together with Disturbed's 'Indestructible' whilst going about the huge robot battle.

 

Oh, sorry about that. Spoiler? I assume everyone here has played through most or all of FO anyway? If not then this video doesn't really give away any story so... =P

I still haven't played through all of Oblivion's main story, I'm very easily distracted (i didn't read the spoiler btw), I want fallout 3 but my first priority is a 5870.
