I don't think its confusing. Edited October 30, 2009 by xchrissypoox
GabrielT Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 (edited) C2D and C2Q has not seen anything "New" for a long time, they will probably just keep making low volt mobile procs for awhile. That's not a fair comparison.
xchrissypoox Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 (edited) That's not a fair comparison. well I have a 1366 setup, but the 6-cores are going to probably be $1000, The quad core 1366 (price of entire rig) aren't that much more than the 1156s so I was just making generalizations based on how i assume intel views it. Zertz Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 1156=powerful mainstream, quad core, dual channel all any consumer could really need And dual-core + IGP (Clarkdale) eventually

ChuckR Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 But it's been four years -- I thought I'd get to grips by now! I have been married for 27 years and I swear each year my wife gets a new rule book from her friends. Luckily, she also gets a new cookbook.
