Hmm, I get 19 frames in places with my 5850 at 1280 x 1024 (at the statue of the dragon with tesselation during daylight). I really need a better CPU xD

I honestly didn't think tesselation would impact performance that heavily =S Does Heaven use Dx11 multi-threading?

IIRC DX11 is supposed to allow games to scale better on more cores

Yeah, that's why I was asking. I wanted to know if multi-threading would help remove this CPU locking problem I have even slightly, but I guess not =P

well i havn't ran the benchmark but all i have to say is that, that road would not be fun to walk on

I think i would want to turn tessellation off to protect my virtual feet
