Starcraft Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 (edited) Since there is no point in buying thr 58XX cards now since the prise is skyhigh and the monitor i use for now(samsung 913N) won't show the advance resolution of 58XX cards.. so i figure i will take the card that will run well for time being with most of the games. and in 6 month upgreit it for 58xx it should drop in price and i will be gaining more then loosing... so i builded this system for futere upgreits of video cards only i think. nns Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 Typically the i5 and amd quad systems cost nearly the same!! 4770 beats 9800gt. I'd recommend DDR3 1600 Mhz RAM. Go 5750 instead of 4770 and you should be good!! Where are you from and what games are you looking to play?? Intend a monitor upgrade? paulktreg Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 (edited) Have you built it or do you intend building it? There's an awful lot of money invested in that set up and you have gone for what looks like a low budget power supply! I could find no reviews of any value but this... Hardware Secrets ... would tell me enough to stay away from the brand. My advice is change it. Please! nns Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 I missed the power supply, it seems awful!! Go Corsair 450W, it'll give better performance!
