IVIYTH0S Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 Awesome, thats what I like to see from companies. I know alot of graphics card companies do that, so save that old BFG/EVGA/XFX 8600GT .
OCFreak Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 I am a big fan of WD as well, never had any issue with the drives to date, but I know if I do ... I am in good hands.

IVIYTH0S Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 (edited) I wish they'd upgrade my scorpio to a 640gb (from a 500GB), I'm RMA'n it for the second time . I still love WD, as long as they take my broken drives as easy as they do. They are great, the drive is great just haven't found these two eggs to be reliable, hopefully the third time's the charm. Compxpert Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 (edited) Hmm I remember RMAin my Seagate 250gb and they upgraded me to a 320gb. Can't say I have a problem with WD as it is playing nicely with the same size Seagate 320 in raid 0. Not one bad sector on it to this day. (Though my 1TB died on me as I knew it would, it was one of the infamous 7200.11's with the bad firmware and stubborn old me didn't update the firmware thinking that it was a hoax <_<) lol 700gigs of anime lost and I've learned my lesson!
