sykocus Posted January 8, 2004 Posted January 8, 2004 try rebooting it...press and release the reset button...don't hold it and that'll reset the settings to defult.
H2O Posted January 8, 2004 Posted January 8, 2004 Â Unless the default IP was modified in your router you should be able to access it with 192.168.1.1 Did you check your ethernet cables? Sometimes the cables can be the culprit! Â Worse comes to worse and assuming you setup your network properly do a router reset. LobbDogg Posted January 8, 2004 Posted January 8, 2004 does your computer get an IP from the router? If so then most likely the IP is teh default gateway when you use ipconfig. Â If not, then there is something wrong inbetween your computer and the router, bad NIC, bad cable, plugged in wrong into router. sykocus Posted January 9, 2004 Posted January 9, 2004 is the modem connected to the wan port of the router and the computer connected to on of the other ports of the router? Â may want to just do a full rest of the router (hold down the reset button for 5 sec)
