rourkchris Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Well for a 4870 I used the ATI Overdrive in the Catalyst Control Center. I also use AMD GPU Clock Tool and MSI Afterburner. Many use rivatuner and like it. Here's a page where all of these plus many more can be downloaded http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?id=

gotdamojo06 Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 AMD GPU Tool, MSI Afterburner, or Catalyst Control Center The only downside of the MSI and CCC is you have a limit on how high you are able to clock the card, AMD GPU Tool would let you set the core outside of the CCC limit
OCFreak Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 RivaTuner is by far the most indepth and free-roaming OC software for video cards. Just be sure that you have the latest version: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=163 Follow the help guide and you are set. Watch your temps and control the fan accordingly.
