N.E.A Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 (edited) Nope just a Intel Stock cooler But i can buy a new one, I'm not looking to overclock right away what i need to know is basic walk through the overclocking faq has been no help i will tell what to do , but do not do it till you get a good after market cooler when you go to bios , look for frequency and voltage control option , push ( enter ) ,when you are in , look for FSB ( front side bus ) or system bus increase it step by step like for EX if it was 200 then make it 205 and then go to os ( windows) monitor the temps and see if it is stable at that clock using game or program , then increase it again 210 and the same steps as before , but when it is not stable give it some voltage you will find it in the same option as the FSB but increase it carefully if it was 1.325v make it 1.340 or whatever but very small increase and do the same steps temps , stability ..etc that is all , with the stock cooler do not do any thing till you get the after market one look for cooler master hyper 212 or tx3 they are under 30$ ( as i remember ) Good luck......... What i meant to say is I wish to receive from you a basic walk-through of overclocking, the overclocking FAQ in the forums was no help as it is quite confusing but i shall check again regardless and thank you to all of you who have welcomed me
