xly15 Posted September 7, 2009 Posted September 7, 2009 If you have the money then the GTX 275 is right down your way. But I like to save money so I would go with the 4890. Just my opinion though. In any case just look for one that has a warranty for more than a year.

Where did the consideration for the 275 even begin if it wasn't on sale lol I'm not saying the 275 bad to any extent, but for being about even with the 4890 and the 4890 you mentioned is a cheap as a 4850....I'd say there's no chance for the 275 (since the 275 is usually still more expensive before any sale) Edited September 7, 2009 by IVIYTH0S
clayderine Posted September 7, 2009 Posted September 7, 2009 well my point is to compare those vga with the standart value ' the sale is just a poin plus for the his ' special for me haha

I often wonder which is better in the duel between a 4890 or a 275 when both are OC'd to their limits. 4890's are overclocking demons, but the 200series cards overclock decently too. Bosco Posted September 7, 2009 Posted September 7, 2009 RR is selling some HIS 4890's might be cheaper through him http://forums.overclockersclub.com/index.p...howtopic=167705

Waco Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 well my budget is not so high If your budget isn't that high why are you changing anything at all? Running a non-native resolution on a big LCD looks like poo.
