jcadevera Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 My Current configuration: Mother Board: EMX-ANF82HD-PRO Memory: 2GB Corsair Gaming Memory CPU: AMD Phenom X3 8650 Video Card: Triplex 9800GT PSU: Zumax 550W The problem is that after a few minutes of the PC being turned on (~5 minutes), the screen turns green it basically hangs. Sometimes the screen turns pink and not green. I'm not sure if this is cause by a software or hardware problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!! nns Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 Does it turn absolutely green (or pink) or does the display appear with a green tint? If its the latter case than there probably is some problem with the VGA cable.
N.E.A Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 I wasn't trying to be funny...his post really isn't that hard to figure out. it could be a driver issue or overclock
jcadevera Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 I just found the problem. I tried swapping and testing around with equipments from local internet shops and i have isolated that the problem was the AVR. I didn't see that coming. We were able to borrow another AVR and the PC is working fine now. Thank you guys for your help!!!
