I am trying to RMA and am going into the 4th day of having no response! What kind of customer service is that?? And you are not allowed to phone them about your warranty or RMA problems, they just tell you to use their website! Which by the way, is terribly made and they ask you questions that you have no idea how to fill out on the RMA forms and stuff like that. Just terrible.
