uneedav8 Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 I was curious if anyone was using the Razer AC-1 sound card with Vista. The software install gives me a C-media control panel which works but I am not familiar with it. In XP, it gives me a Razer control panel which seems easier to use. Snarl Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 (edited) I have used the Razer AC-1 in Vista, both 64 and 32 Bit. Issues I had (same in 32/64 Bit) was the sound would periodically (Approx 3 out of 10 Times) cut out when new applications/games were started, I had to exit the application/game and open the Razer Interface, toggle between any two sound modes and I was good to go again. I am not 100% if it was a Vista or Sound Card/Driver Issue however due to the very poor driver updates from Razer I may never know, haven't had the opportunity to try XP. I also had the Razer HP-1 Headphones, these had great sound however the Microphone was extremely disappointing. Overall I was not very pleased with the products and the AC-1 does not appear to be on Razer's site anymore that I can see.
