Time for a new space saving pc.

Hi boys and girls long time no talk

 

Im going to become a dad early next year so my pc room is going to be the new bedroom.... joy lol. But i don't mind that much because now the missus has bargained with me and said i could get a laptop. told her to stick that where the sun don't shine. don't have the money for a good laptop to play my pretty games i said. SO i said about a theater system that would sit under the tv out of the way. that went down grate so that's what im doing Never done this before so need your help.

 

Moneys alittle tight at the moment. (who's isn't lol) so i need as much bang for my buck as i can get.And need a pc that can play anything. I Have around 300 pound to spend around 500 US dollers Ive been loocking in my trusty custom pc mag to get some ideas and i came up with this set up let me know what you think.

 

the case is very open to anyones opinion ive not a clue what to get but dont want to spend anything over 90/100 pound. want to skimp on it but without skimping to much on quality.

The board is something i would stray away from....it will work fine though....little over what you wanted to spend though huh? you could buil a less expensive system if you bout ddr2 memory and an am2+ or am2 processor

Think it works out at around 350 if i shop around. i guess ddr3 dont have that much over dd2 then?

 

and could you give me a reason why you would stay away from that mobo?
