Board for X2 550

Recommended Posts

Please suggest a motherboard for AMD Phenom II X2 550 with a HD 4850 512 MB GPU. I need one which supports both DDR2 and DDR3 and can support 2 IDE/ATA drives. I won't be doing much overclocking. Suggest two boards - one with one PCIe 2.0X16 slot and one with two slots. My budget is around $100-$125.

i know that you said (Suggest two boards) but all these boards are very very very good pick the one that you can get it and its memory

as for the 2 IDE i think all these have only one IDE but i prefer gigabyte and asus in oc ..you never know you may want to overclock more

and i say in oc having more than you need is better .. good luck :)

i don`t know for sure but it is better than the 780g and as good as 785g or better than it ..that is what i think ....but the 790gx i think it is better and 790x /fx are the high end that amd has but 770 still very very good ..you know you don`t want to have crossfire ..i think that is all the diffrence between it and 790x/fx the gigabyte 770T-ud3 a very very good board for overclocking the only thing that is missing is the other pcie ..not every body wants to run crossfire....and it is ddr3 so i think it is a budget high end
