Does any one know how to convert all the partition in 'Disk 1' (Shown in red oval) to the same settings like 'Disk 0'?

Delete each partition, and then create new partitions and reformat. It's a distructive process, and data will be lost.

 

If you want a non-destructive method, you'll need to use something like Arconis or Partition Magic. Though there is still a chance of data loss.

Acronis Disk Director doesn't work with dynamic partitions.
