00stevo Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 Ive changed processor,gfx cards,ram,hdd and even os but it still does it.Fraps will be reporting 60fps,and sometimes it will run like it,but most of the time it stutters quite badly.What is causing it? What power supply are you running? ... and the specification in your profile doesn't match the one in your signature. When I went from BHD, JO to COD4 I used to battle with the game and quite clearly remember getting shot then 2 seconds later the person who shot me would run around the corner. I changed everything even my internet provider. Speaking to a friend of mine he advised to up my CPU so I went and got a 750watt.
