AGP Frequency Settings

Hello,

 

I'm trying to find the optimal AGP frequency to set in my BIOS.

I have a Asus P4B533 socket 478 mainboard.

 

My bios has a field for AGP/PCI frequecny...it's default is like 66.66.33.33 or something like that, it goes all the way up to like 140.something, something.

 

I have a big rig, running a P4 2.26533(unclocked) and a xtasy ti4600

 

I don't mind running defaults on the cpu...but the VGA apeture size defaulted to 64 megs, I changed it to 128...so I get the idea the frequency is defaulted too low as well.

 

Anyone know what would be best?

 

I'm getting a few lags when playing games.

 

maybe boosting things up could help/
