Cooler Master HAF 932 vs. 922?

Recommended Posts

I may be doing a build soon and I want to know if the 932 is worth the extra money. I want to use a larger CPU cooler and plan on using a video card like the HD 4870, GTX 260, bigger cards like that. I want good airflow.

Thank you.

Yes the haf 932 is worth the extra 20 dollars or however much price difference it its. I payed 180 after tax out of a computer store in okc and I am happy As is from the factory. The best thing about this case is the abundance of ROOM it has to offer. If someone got really Brave they could probly put a E-atx Mobo, three way SLI with the addition of a water cooling system for the three along with the Proc water cooling system. the airflow in and out of the case is excellent and quiet, it looks great from front to back, wire management is fairly easy, the features of the case such as the tooless install on the expansion card mounts, the 5 1/4 in bays and the hard drives is invaluable, if you have fat fingers its the case for you and it performs ALOT better then an antec 900. :thumbs-up:

The only concern is How much space do you have? Because Its very tall and wide. I am not a fan of having the tower on a desk so mine is sitting on a peice of Plywood on the floor next to my desk. It suits me well.

Hope I helped.

Don't worry, you helped. If it's only a $20.00 difference, I'll get the 932. No reason not to. And, I have tons of room on my desk. The computer will be right by a window, so the hot air it blows out the back will immediately go outside... Thus keeping my room cool.

I just got my 932, and it is HUGE. Dwarf's my Apevia X-plorer case. SOOOOOO much room, better cooling, and I LOVE the cable management. The addon card tool-less design kinda sucks, my cards move around, but I'm too lazy to screw them in. Haha...

I replaced a Thermaltake Armor with the 932. It is night and day as far as cooling. It is a large case but quiet and frigid. Dropped my temps considerably from what the Armor gave me.
