yes...you should be able to allow 512mb of ram to the onboard...on some boards but not all...check the BIOS options to see what it allows...

I moved the thread to here from where it was originally posted then cleaned up my tracks...nice try though..;)

 

 

OP: if you plan to use the onboard...use a 2x2gb kit of ram and allocate 512mb to the onboard...it will run pretty decent that way nomatter what OS you install...

Yup I have 2x2gb... the double Ram for the IGP should give it a small boost.
