hairybobby Posted May 31, 2009 Sorry I may appear ignorant I have just got a laptop with windows vista home basic. I want to add or remove programs. How do I go about doing this. I have only just really moved over from XP to vistsa.
Crazy_Nate Posted May 31, 2009 (edited) It's in your control panel, called "programs and features" if I remember correctly. Edited May 31, 2009 by Crazy_Nate
hairybobby Posted May 31, 2009 Thanks That answers that question but why did they rename it?
OwinC Posted May 31, 2009 That is one of the reasons they call it VISTA.
nVidia_Freak Posted May 31, 2009 (edited) It makes more sense. You're not looking to program and feature add-ons, you're looking to add-on programs and features, therefore, you should look to the 'P' section. That's one of the things I like about Vista. Kash Posted June 1, 2009 I liked it as Add and Remove mainly because it was near the top so it was quicker to get to, but it makes more sense as Programs and Features
