road-runner Posted April 12, 2009 Posted April 12, 2009 You could always get a couple of goats and they will keep the trees trimmed also...

sYstEmATiC Posted April 12, 2009 Posted April 12, 2009 http://www.deere.com/en_US/ProductCatalog/...O&link=enav I have that mower. Its a John Deer JS35 walk behind w/ 6.75hp briggs w/elect start. I've owned it for 3 years with no problems. I'm hoping I wont have to buy another one for at least 10 years.

I know I said that I've got an expensive Honda mower but I couldn't imagine that a John Deer push mower is anything special except for the graphics and paint job... ccokeman Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 I bought a John deere Rider and push mower 2 years ago and both have been great so far. The adjustable speed on the self propulsion system works great. You can take a leisurely stroll or the massive cardio workout the choice is yours. Kamikaze_Badger Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 Goats are better for weeding. Ours once got out, there wasn't a single dandelion left in our lawn.
Coors Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 Sheep or goats that's the answer. You also wouldn't have to worry about fertilizing anymore
supergeek101 Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 Honda's are great, my dad's car has over 250k miles on it, but in terms of mowers... John Deere is good, not a failure in 3 years. Remember though, the life of the mowers depend on how u treat them. I can't say anything to that blown up one. Off on a limb, OCC is becoming very... random...
