Zertz Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 (edited) I was looking for an affordable hardware KVM switch capable of handling Dual-Link DVI and a couple USB ports, but there really is nothing under three digit prices. And even those are ugly/bulky So I searched some more and stumbled upon KaVoom, a software KVM! All you need is a network connection, wired or wireless and the software installed on both computers. It asked for the computer's username/password the first time and then I could just instantly switch between all 4 computers. So it's similar to remote desktop, except I am just a click away from another PC, which is simply fantastic for me. It seem to be working just fine with Vista 64 bit and Windows 7. Just thought I'd share this find Edited April 1, 2009 by Zertz
hardnrg Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 maybe you should make the thread title more descriptive, for search purposes...
