PeeGee10 Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 (edited) Hi guys, I was wondering what your temps are at max (preferebly prime95) load of your systems. If not in sig, what kind of cooling do you use? My cooling: Coolermaster 3200+ running @ 5000rpm Max core temp (using Speedfan, not asusprobe!!!) = 58C Edit: Thanks to same great tips (turned the casefans around) got it running @ 54 C Not bad i guess for an 2400+ @ 2200 Mhz?? Eva_Unit_0 Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 I'm hitting 54 deg celsius on that POS Aquarius II watercooling. However, I have an slk-900a coming in either today or tomorrow that should resolve that issue.

LedBelly Posted December 30, 2003 Posted December 30, 2003 Asus probe is reporting idle temps of 27C (ambient temp 70F). Running prime95 torture (max heat) I'm getting a temp of 41C cpu and 31C mobo. I just installed a case fan on the side to blow directly on the cpu and a thermaltake smart fan on the top above (or as near above cpu as possible) to vent heat. After installing those two fans I've noticed a difference of about 5-6 degrees C under full load.
