CPUID hardware monitor

I have just started using this program and was wondering what the VIN1 and VIN3 voltages are.

I've never even noticed those two entries before and am also curious to what they are representing? maybe it's how high your processor vcore can go....go ahead and set it to the VIN1 number hahaha (please don't actually do that)

could it be northbridge/southbridge voltages?
