100 Push Ups

I know we've got some fitness buffs in the house... not sure how many of you have heard about the hundred push up challenge.

 

I started it a while back, and noticed all most immediate improvements... then got lazy and quit doing it. :lol: At any rate, I'm planning on starting back up this weekend by taking the initial challenge on Saturday and then doing a Mon-Wed-Fri routine, which is what they recommend.

I can do 40 in a minute... the non wimpy ones and i'm hella out of shape.

I just tried and did like 9.

I have a "fairly good" overall body fitness except for my arm musikulls...

 

I won't deny at all that I'm out of shape, I work every day but I really need to start supplementing that with some exercises...

 

 

I don't even know what I can bench, I'll put it this way though; If I had to start benching right now and had to pull a number out of my . I'd go for 50...

And thats a number that I could do quite a few times, if were talking max maybe like 80-100.
