d3bruts1d Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 I know we've got some fitness buffs in the house... not sure how many of you have heard about the hundred push up challenge. I started it a while back, and noticed all most immediate improvements... then got lazy and quit doing it. At any rate, I'm planning on starting back up this weekend by taking the initial challenge on Saturday and then doing a Mon-Wed-Fri routine, which is what they recommend. I have a "fairly good" overall body fitness except for my arm musikulls... I won't deny at all that I'm out of shape, I work every day but I really need to start supplementing that with some exercises... I don't even know what I can bench, I'll put it this way though; If I had to start benching right now and had to pull a number out of my . I'd go for 50...
