hardnrg Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 i7 920 D0 CPU Freq.: 4118 Mhz QPI: 3528 Mhz Uncore: 3136 MHz Multi: 21x vcore: 1.36875v (BIOS) 1.376v (CPU-z) QPI V: 1.3625v Hyperthreading: On LOAD core temps: 62-69 Cpu PLL 1.8 Cooling: Water Fuzion v1, PA120.3+MCR220, MCW60 x 2, D5 Vario x 2 Prime95 24 Hours: First I made sure the CPU/chipset was stable with 51h 37m passing with RAM at 9-9-9-24-1T Then I tightened the RAM to ~SPD timings for 35h 2m passing with RAM at 8-8-8-22-1T I could probably run the CPU a bit higher somewhere between here and 4200, maybe 4155 which was passing P95 at ~8h... but after about 2 weeks continuous tweaking I was more than willing to settle for the 4118 MHz which is >48hr stable in P95 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
