I could have posted this in the "just bought" thread, but it is my ride. 2008 Grand Caravan. Replaces the purple beast behind it. Yes, it's a minivan, but with 4 kids I need the space, and this makes sense.

Very nice van!

just so you know the mustang is still in surgery with the cam/header/clutch swap. This is a task that you definitely won't be able to do without a lot of experience and tools but it is coming back together nicely, maybe one, two more weekends. I can't wait to get it all back together. Pics and Vids with sound will be forthcoming.

I picked this up today and only dropped $370. It needs a bit of work, but it runs decent and it's pretty quick.

It's a 1982 Yamaha Maxim 750, not bad for my first road legal bike.

I absolutely adore the Japanese 70s and early 80s bikes... lovely machines. Shaft drive (although could be hell if it's knackered), awesome alloys, dual front disks... man! How many miles?

15,000 on the clock, needs a little bit of carb work and I dropped a battery in it but other than that it's a great runner so far.

And yeah zero maintenance shaft is really nice power feels really direct, I've monkeyed around with chains before and they aint much fun.

belt driven ftw! If it breaks, drop about 60 bucks and replace the whole thing. A lot easier than working with chains, never needs lubricating, is easy to adjust, and a lot cheaper than driveshafts. O and it is pretty smooth too.

Plenty of older Mercedes, Volvos and other 80's cars had diesels and newer VWs are being pushed now.
