I finished!

Process (very rustic and manual sometimes):

- Selection of the image (random from web) of a circuit board: About 30 minutes

- Processing in Corel Photo Paint: About 8hs. That involved putting the image gathered from the web (after resize and choose a little piece of nice circuits), plus the modified logo of OCC to adapt it for userbar size, brigtness and light effects. Then I took the proper time to decide between several models before get the final

- I Made an html page to load the colors of each role (because Ms Paint can't use colors using Hexa and I couldn't do it with Corel Photo Paint neither). Then PrintScreen and retrieve the colors in Ms Paint with the tool u click and u get the color -I don't know how to say it in english-): About 20 minutes

- Processing in Ms Paint: About 2h (note that I needed to write the role of each one of the 36 userbars (you'll see why 33) and then refill the font with the indicated colors by sdy284. The GIF have 4 frames (based in 3 different images) making a total of 36-times (12 userbar x 3 images on each) write text on Ms Paint and fill it with proper color). Why did I put the text in Paint? because Corel Photo Paint someway don't use the size that I specified (6pts), also tried with Photoshop (which I know how to use it) and it did the same as Corel.

- Once I had the 36 frames (3 per role), I created the GIF animations: About 30 minutes.

Result: 12 userbars, eyes hurt but satisfaction for a good work =)

All userbars have the same timming refering to frames. But as they load from web they might not look coordinated sometimes.

Edit: Just because sdy likes I added star for Donator role.

A freind of mine wanted to enter this contest, but did not want to become a member. So I'm submitting his for him.

He spent 2 and a half hours making these using Photoshop Elements 6

Here's a design I did about a year ago, but only staff members had seen it. These were originally created in Photoshop and ImageReady CS2. I spent roughly an hour updating them and creating new ones based on the current guidelines, this time using Photoshop CS4. All animations are the same (14 frames) except for the "spammer" userbar (19 frames).

Note: I did a second "member" one because I felt the orange blended in too much with the OCC orange bkgd I had on the right-side, so I went for a peach color instead.

EDIT: Thanks to d3 for informing me of the 20kb filesize limit...redid three userbars to fall within the limit (they look exactly the same, but if you want to see the lower filesize, you'll probably have to flush out your cache)
