It probably will be by the more elite PC user's standards but it will be 1000% better than what I'm using now... I'm never ever EVER going to catch up to the PC game industry, there are so many (so called) good games that have come out since 2003 that I've never played. Think of any game for the PC that has been out since 2003 and I bet I haven't played it. I don't even know what the newest game I've played has been...
