Door Fan

Well, after a lot of measuring, and double checking, I used a 3 inch hole saw. That would have given me enough space for the fan blades and a regular wire grill. However, since I went for a wider grill and LED fan, I wanted to expand the whole so no beige showed through. So, I dug out the old grinding wheel for my 3/8 drill. After grinding out, I used a few different grade files to smooth out the rough edges. And, after 2 hours of aching wrist and a minor hand-to-grinder injury, I had a great looking, and fully functional door fan
