Asus P4c800 Deluxe Dvimm Voltage Mod

Recommended Posts

Do you guys think I need to do the memory voltage mod?

I am going to use the P4C800 Deluxe ver.2 with the 3.2EE and OCZ PC4200 DDR 533mhz enchaned latency 2.5-4-4-7 with a Danger den 226watt peltier, and the maze 4-1 water cooling blocks for the CPU and GPU and the Northbridge, a Eheim 1250 pump, a resovoir in the fridge along with pump, all 1/2" with a big heater core in side a bucket of water that will be inside one of these small refrigerators, I have the mean well power supply for the peltier and a 550watt antec for the rest of the system, any suggestions? I would like to try to see 4ghz

If you are sure of how to do the vmod, I would do it. You gonna need a higher vdimm than 2.8 to hit 4GHz on the EE. I've got my EE prommie cooled and running 4.2GHz on a 3.2vdimm w/ Mushkin Lvl II Black. Good Luck man, glad to see another EE.

I have been reading up on it and most people are using a 50k variable resistor, I am fixing to go try to find some of these, or the mini clamps a Radio shack, I hate to solder to the board I may have to RMA it, I am going to set up 2 asus P4C800 Deluxe with 226watt peltiers, 1 with the 3.2C and one with the 3.2EE I am going to make sure I have everything working right, temps, etc. before I put the expensive EE in there. Check these test clamps out
