Archerzz Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 What do you guys think of it, (for those of you who use it). Personally after just a few minutes I have already switched over from firefox, which is amazing. Sadly it dosnt have foxmarks support or really have any addons for that matter, but its simplistic and I love the layout. And Google is just an awesome place where in the future I dream to work so pretty much anything they do is golden in my eyes
Waco Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 It's fast, which is the main reason I use it. It isn't missing anything critical to make me switch back to FF.
cchalogamer Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 I switched my primary browser the day it launched, but me being the type of person I am, MOST PCs I own have more than two browsers installed. My main rig has Chrome, Opera, Firefox and IE 6. It's good but it's not for everyone. I still tell others to use Firefox 95% of the time but so far so good with chrome for my use. damian Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 It's a great browser and all but I'll stick with FF3 mainly because I have already tweaked it to my liking added some stuff here and there ect.
Turophiliac Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 My main rig has Chrome, Opera, Firefox and IE 6. lol! IE 6? aren't they on like 8 right now? but you probably have your reasons. I switched over from FF3 to chrome after i had used it for a few days. I think the main reason i like it is the simplicity. FF3 was great because of the "customizeableness" but I found that it got more and more cluttered the longer I used it. so i think i like chrome because it limits me and doesn't distract me from the point of a web browser, that is, to browse the web. d3bruts1d Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Chrome has some nice things about it, but it is no Opera or Fx.
CheeseMan42 Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 I use Chrome on my work computer and Firefox on my Desktop (no Chrome for Linux). I don't really use any addons so it wasn't too difficult for me to change, plus I really love it.

The Smith Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 Someone said to me that Google Earth is not working with Google Chrome. Is that true?
