I got 60%... I didn't like the 45mph and 75ft question, if you are that close, and going that fast, you shouldn't need to speed up to make it through the intersection. so i put speed up, cuz i would even think of slamming on the breaks to stop for it...

 

lol I really was bored writing this, so i figured out that 40mph is the same as 58.6 feet per second, so it would take 1.28 seconds to get to the intersection... which is less than an average yellow light time...

 

so yeah, that one added quite a bit to the big red bar.
