There's an article over at The Tech Report that lists the drive part number and the specific firmware versions that are exhibiting the problems. Apparently, the issue with the drives is just an annoyance unless the drive is part of a RAID array and the delay is causing RAID controllers to mark the drive as failed and the array starts rebuilding. If the same issue happens with multiple drives it can cause you to lose the whole array. If you're running just a single drive then it shouldn't cause any problems.

So it was suggested to use in multiple drives system? Should wait for next firmware?

The next firmware is already out and fixes the problems. The problems were most noticeable when running the drives in a RAID array. When the drive froze the RAID array would think the drive died and begin rebuilding the array. If two drives did this, the array would most likely be lost.
