appears to be a mems problem

Product 256-1 is the tipoff...

run memtest to see if you mems are erroring, you may have a stick that is going bad. You might be able to raise the Vdimm and get everything okay again........

see what is with the mems testing....

laterzz...............

Try taking each memory stick out and testing one at a time, if you have problems with each one or none of them, try each memory slot.

Two of my memory slots don't function correctly, so you might have the same problem.

Hi,

try checking the temperatures, sometimes high CPU temp may cause MEM errors too. Then try other PSU (or if You can open the PSU's case and look for bad capacitors it would eliminate one potential cause)

best regards,

The only Random VISTA crashes I have had is when I installed an additional 2 gig pair of memory I had received back from Corsair after RMA, seems they sent back another bad stick.
