Picked up a new Trek Superfly5 bike and Yakima rack for my car, ready for some good weather to come now.

29er? I love mine. I should take it out more often but most of the time there's good weather I take the motorcycle out lol.

It's a Superfly 100 AL I bought about 4 years ago.

Nice bike

Yeah mines a 29er hard tail in roarange (wont be missing me on the trail), all superfly's are hard tails now.  You must have gotten one of the last years that they made soft tails.      Went and saw my bike Friday,  the rack doesnt come in till Tuesday so there is no way for me to get the bike home right now :(

Server Build 2017 - RIP Wallet and ACD. I wanted a Synology 8 bay, but didn't want to spend that much. Ended up spending the same anyways, because I couldn't pass up on combo CPU/Mobo deal I saw. Blaming RAM prices.

  • Xeon E3-1275 v5 - $175
  • Supermicro - X11SSH-LN4F - $175
  • Samsung 16 GB ECC RAM - $200
  • SeaSonic X-Series 750W - $85
  • SilverStone CS380 - $114

  • SanDisk Cruzer Fit 16 GB - $8
  • SanDisk 120 GB SSD - Owned
  • HGST 3 TB - Owned
  • 3x HGST 5 TB - Owned
  • 3x Toshiba 5 TB - Owned

Total: $757

I also picked up two flip clocks for $17.50 each and two Raspberry Pi 3 for $14.50 each. Planning on something like this combined with a Raspberry Pi read-a-loud news/weather/traffic + internet radio / streaming. Should be an interesting project. Spent 2 hours at a big thrift store breathing in dust and musty smells trying to find old cheese/cigar boxes with dovetails/finger joints. All the good ones they had weren't for sale. Display only :(

Finally took the time to do it and got my RHCSA certification. Cost a pretty penny, but hopefully it'll pay off when I job hunt later this year after I move.
