Cyrosis Posted February 6, 2009 Posted February 6, 2009 Just picked up a new in box, Dell P1230 22" Diamondtron CRT, been looking for a good, new CRT for ages, and finally found one on Ebay for 180$ shipped, so hurray. Also, the speakers and receiver are new, 6.5" fronts, 5.25" rears, dual 5.25" center, and a 10" sub, all from TSC, little known company, but fantastic stuff. The receiver is nothing too fancy, a Pioneer VSX-517, I am simply using it for its amp, analog out from my X-FI. Behold my Gimp depth of field! Verran Posted February 6, 2009 Posted February 6, 2009 A retail E7400, 2x2GB of G.Skill Pi DDR2-900 4-4-4-12, an Arctic Cooling Accelero S1 (or S2? whichever is the four heatpipe one), and some MX-2 thermal paste to test against my AS5 and Ceramique. Oh, and a Yate Loon 120x25 medium speed to match my other one and go with my new second set of fan clips for my TRUE. I wanted to go with two high speed Yate Loons, but they only had one in stock Maybe another day. I'm very excited to do some quad/dual core comparisons with my new crossfire setup.
