Muchoman1 Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 Well, managed to find 4 of the 2007FP monitors locally, so looks like i will have a PPLPP setup with my 30 inch (bulk pricing made it only $80 bucks more than buying two of them, so why the hell not? ) Should pick them up within a week, will only be running PLP till my main rig is back
Phil Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 Well there is only one spot where I can still bass fish and it is secret. But if I make it out there I will be sure to post. I caught these two on the last real day of bass fishing I was able to do. 21" and around 7lbs http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu123/Moosetessin/personalbest1.jpg 20.5 Inches and about 6.5 http://s640.beta.photobucket.com/user/Moosetessin/media/personalbest2.jpg.html?sort=3&o=1 I don't have permission to do image tags in this section apparently. So we'll have to wait till Spring to see a 30 lb. Muskie then.
GabrielT Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 So we'll have to wait till Spring to see a 30 lb. Muskie then. Well the Musky are still biting but I really don't have the resources for musky fishing. I only own bass gear, musky rods and tackle are super expensive. The Calcutta 50 I bought is an tiny little bass reel. I have heard of people using them for Crappie fishing That rod I am putting it on is a Medium/Medium Light Bass rod so you wont see a musky caught on it most likely. If I do I will just be along for the ride until the fish tires out.

Sucks when you need one right then and there and you have to pay such a ridiculous price. Especially since: 5 bucks
