I don't see a sig, so not sure what you have for a set up. So couple questions first:

What is your cpu?

Have you messed with voltages at all?

How are you testing for stability?

Have you tried lowering the multiplier and trying for higher FSB?

How high are you trying to push the cpu, as in what is your target frequency?

target clock=3.2

voltage=1.4

stability tested on ortos >1hour stable..

your signature is blank, the specs in your profile are:

AMD64 3000+ 2.0 oc->2.2

2x512mb Corsair 3200 400

Gigabyte K8M800

2xWD 80G SATA2 in RAID0

MSI ATI Radeon 9550 256mb OC'ed

not the same mobo, nor DDR2, so... you need to make a signature if you refer to it :)

It's an unclocked chip, so just increase the multiplier, once you've reached the highest stable multi, then move up the HTT and that'll be the highest your CPU can go. You'll need to increase Vcore as you go, I wouldn't go over 1.45V for 24/7
