if possible pls do give me the reason.

 

both are good rams so can you tell me which one is better out of these two rams? my criteria are overclocking, cooling & stability & i am a gamer.

Both of these kits will achieve very similar results, it's more about brand preference, price and appearance

i would say the timings on those are not the greatest... 5 5 5 18 at 800MHz??? thats crap.

 

also, if my calculations are right, both of those sets are going to cost around 110 USD. i have 4GB of G Skill PC2 8500 and i love 'em.

i know G Skill is probably considered value ram, but it works great for me, and you don't even have to overclock it to get past 800MHz. and i am running them at 5 5 5 15 running at 1066MHz, lower than those you suggested at 800MHz.

Both are overpriced. If you only need DDR2-800 there are far better deals.

i also agree with thewakokid, i wanted 1066mhz ram for my rig, which is why i got it, but if you are only looking for 800, then follow wako's advice.

well i have learnt that there is only 7% performance difference between 800 & 1067 so i thought that 800 is good value for money,
