tazwegion Posted December 14, 2003 Posted December 14, 2003 HTML isn't allowed in sigs, if you log on as judy you will get a little pull down menu underneath the sig of 6 sig pics. can't do it if name different that's how we used to have to put our banners in Dignan i've looked at thermaltake silent boosts...but i don't see anything GOOD in them. they've only push about 28 cfm...about 2750 rpm, but have only 21dBa. what else could i get that's not incredibly loud...nothing like a thermaltake volcano (48dBa). the one i have is about...38 dba...nothing louder than that because my machine is in the family room...and it drives my parents nuts. so suggestions please? The TTIC npower-nph1 heatpipe cooler... I so want one of these second only in performance to the SLK-9xx's and nearly half the volume around 38db... me thinks <_< also variants available for both AMD/Intel platforms... the one below is an Intel variant (nice use of colour too). Sly_C Posted December 14, 2003 Posted December 14, 2003 (edited) ...nothing like a thermaltake volcano (48dBa).Vantec makes the tornado and I've read good things about the Stealth 90mm. isn't this also cooling? stocknotclocked Posted December 14, 2003 Posted December 14, 2003 Aero 7+ its good and cheap outperforms most except the slk range but they are much more expensive if you get an aero u wont be dissapointed.

Xtreme21 Posted December 16, 2003 Posted December 16, 2003 (edited) To put an end to this get the Cooler Master Jet 7.. Sure its noisy but look at my temps in my sig.. Also i have 6 case fans so that might be a factor.. Never above 40c execpt when running folding@home for a couple days. And i live in CA. havent tested it in the summer though but we'll see..
