How Hot Is Your Cpu

well the athlon 64 x2 i have gets about 55c 50% load, and that's with a desk fan pointed at the case too, really need to clean the thing out

orthos wise the system ends up shutting off in about 4 minutes.....

sadly im only able to drive it at stock speeds.... iv had it go at 2.6 in the past but with these temps i have to keep it at 2.2

stock volts on it..

xp-90c heat sink btw...

 

hoping my future setup will run cooler, haven't got my hopes up much tho...

Room temp = 27C

Q6600 @ stock 2.4Ghz / 1.26v = 32,31,35,28 Idle / 49,45,45,49 Load

Q6600 @ 3.6Ghz / 1.44v = 37,38,36,40 Idle / 61,58,58,61 Load

Tuniq Tower 120 - Q6600 @ 1.32 volts - 3.2 GHz - 40 C idle, 55 C full load on all cores.

Your temps at 15 minutes of p95 sound like my regular idle temps. Though with p95 @ 3 hours or more they don't go above 65, ever.

 

Mine seems to settle at 60-65C, depending on room temperature, I guess.

 

You'll need to have realtemp calibrated to get a sensible idle temperature apparently.

 

Again, I'm not overly fussed so long as it remains stable :)

E8400 @ 4.0gHz 1.42v with a Zalman CNPS9700.

52-62C During normal use gaming and such. Hits 70C with prime95 and OCCT.

Wow, sort of a big difference between the last two posters. What's the difference between your rigs? Air? Thermal paste?

Its not a custom computer but I have a custom laptop cooler... :P

 

Mobile Celeron 2Ghz

50C idle :O

Quite hotter on @ load with and without the cooler, although a bit less hot with it
