paulktreg Posted May 1, 2008 Wash my keyboard at least once a week. Do you think I'm using too much water!

See Ace's comment below his avatar. Wanna trade with him? Lol... Paulktreg...very creative! I like! You might want to ease up on the fertilizer. diff_lock Posted May 2, 2008 I wipe it twice a week with a moist cloth and a micro fiber towel. After that its super clean.
Guest Blooz1 Posted May 2, 2008 I gotta admit that mine's a mess! Every day I tell myself "I have to clean this thing today!", and then never do it! I guess I think about it kinda like many people feel about guitar fingerboards - they don't want them "squeeky clean" 'cause you need a little grunge to give them fingertips some grip! red930 Posted May 2, 2008 Ditto on the rubbing alcohol. Maybe once a week? I like clean keys.
RHKCommander959 Posted May 2, 2008 not until mine gets this weird scody stuff, then i wipe it off with mah fingars:sweat: might try the alcohol. once took all the keys off and put them in a cloth baggy, aand washed them in the dish washer:tooth:
Guest Retratserif Posted May 2, 2008 I have two cats and two kids - nuff said. My daughter uses a PS2 keyboard not the G15. I just pop that apart and run it in the dish washer. lol. Keys in a mesh box. Works like a charm. The main board though just gets air cleaned.
AnUnknownSource Posted May 2, 2008 I put my plain or regular keyboards in the dishwasher... the whole thing... works like a charm, come out almost brand new looking. I think Maximum PC showed that in an article about a year ago, but people have been doing it for years... just don't forget to set the dishwasher to "Air Dry"... Branjo Posted May 3, 2008 After reading that I gave my G15 a thorough cleaning with alcohol swabs. Plus I am laid up in bed/PC desk with the Flu, wonder where that came from???
