It was the original cpu I got for my rig, but picked up the 5000+ a few days later. The 4400+ was only in my rig for 3 days, and was NOT overclocked at ALL. It includes the 4400+ cpu, and stock heatsink/fan. I'd like to see about 60-65 bucks plus shipping, (insurance is optional), or best offer.
